Frequently Asked Questions About Our Dog Training Videos

These are the questions we hear most often from families who find us through the video archive. For full program details, visit our FAQ page or contact us.

What kinds of dog training videos will I find on this page?

Our video archive covers both training tips and suggestions and cute, fun dog videos. You will see real sessions on reactivity, leash manners, place and stationing commands, recall, crate work, puppy socialization, confidence building, and calm behavior around kids, other dogs, and everyday distractions.

Are these videos of real client dogs or staged demonstrations?

They are real training footage. Many clips show before-and-after progress, unedited sessions, and dogs working through distractions such as other people, dogs, cars, bikes, chickens, and children.

Can I use these videos to train my own dog at home?

The videos are a helpful look at how we work, but they are not a substitute for a program built around your individual dog. If you want hands-on help, start with Puppy Training for dogs under 5 months old or Adult Training for dogs over 5 months old.

Do you cover reactivity, aggression, and anxiety in the videos?

Yes. Several clips show reactive and aggressive dog rehabilitation, anxious dogs learning to settle, and practical handling such as getting an aggressive or dangerous dog out of a crate and muzzle conditioning.

Do you show training equipment like e-collars in the videos?

Some videos show e-collar training, food rewards, and other tools in context, including how a dog should appropriately respond to a correction during a play session. Equipment is always matched to the individual dog and the goals of the family.

How do I get started with training for my own dog?
